 Process Acupressure combines psychological process skills with hands-on pressure to acupressure points to facilitate wholeness and conscious development. As the energy releases in the body, so may blocked feelings, chronic tension and unhealed traumas. This introductory class teaches the basic PA whole-body acupressure protocol, the Great Central Channel Release, Interface Touch, and Chakra Tai Chi.
