Pre-requisite: Introduction to Swedish Massage

 This course teaches variations of and ways to apply the five strokes and three movements of Swedish Massage. It teaches the importance of fascia and how it relates to body structure and ease. It includes Trigger-point work and free movement as essential components of Swedish Massage. Students learn the skills and tools needed to develop and operate a successful practice.
